The QA Manager’s Workshop focuses on the top challenges facing leaders in building an effective and efficient Quality Assurance environment in today’s fast-paced and demanding environment. This intense and interactive workshop provides a unique opportunity for QA leaders to learn from industry leaders with decades of experience in senior leadership roles (from Directors to CTO) and to develop solutions with their peers from other companies. Each attendee will have the opportunity to have their specific challenges and concerns addressed during the workshop. An example of some of the challenges include:

By attending the Manager’s Solutions Workshop, you will get solutions to your work challenges at a fraction of this cost, plus connect with peers to continue conversations and provide support.
To better prepare for the workshop, all attendees will fill out a short survey highlighting the specific challenges. The top five challenges become the agenda for the workshop. There will be opportunities to discuss other issues throughout the program through a private LinkedIn group. As the workshop will be over six weeks, the last session will be used as a refresher of the previous weeks and work on each participant's action items.
The introduction of each challenge to the workshop will have an preliminary discussion with our panellists; then, participants break into small workgroups. The workgroups define the challenge and develop potential solutions based on their collective experiences and shared knowledge. Each group selects one of its possible solutions and explains “how to” tactics for the solution. Each group presents its proposed best solution, which is critiqued by the workshop’s leaders and guest industry experts. The guest expert spends additional time to share their solutions and answer specific questions from the workshop participants.
All workshop participants will have the opportunity to bring their specific challenges before asking for friendly group advice. Participants will leave the workshop with a series of potential solutions and action items to today’s quality challenges.
